The new ZAZ “Peremoha” crossover was shown on the Internet

After Ukraine wins the war against the Russian occupiers, the Zaporozhye Automobile Building Plant will again start producing cars. It is possible that the ZAZ brand will be revived. Independent designers have shown on renderings what the ZAZ-1102 “Peremoga” can be like.

The designers took the Chinese large crossover Tang Song, which is produced by BYD, as the basis for renderings.

Needless to say, they didn’t “get over it” too much. As far as we understood, the designers simply painted over the Tang Song logo and name, and instead they wrote the word “Veremoga” in large letters on the front grille. The word “Zaporozhets” was written on the back. In principle, we did not notice any more differences from the Chinese Song crossover. They even have almost the same ground clearance (the Tang Song has a clearance of 200 mm).

It is assumed that the length of ZAZ “Peremoga” can be 4870 mm, width – 1940 mm, and height – 1720 mm. It can comfortably fit 7 people.

In the interior of the ZAZ “Peremoga” will also be practically no different from the Tang Song. It could come standard with a digital instrument cluster, a large touchscreen infotainment display, adaptive cruise control and other equipment.

Under the hood of the ZAZ “Peremoga” there may be a 2.0-liter turbo engine with a capacity of 192 hp. and 320 Nm of torque, which works together with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is not provided for such a crossover.

It is claimed that the Peremoga ZAZ could cost between $20,000 and $30,000.

This crossover is only a render image. The designers showed what the new ZAZ could be like.

Recall that before the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian occupation forces into Ukraine, in Zaporizhia, Lada cars (except Niva), two Kia models and a Renault Arkana coupe-crossover were produced from Russian car kits. After the start of the war with the Russian aggressors, ZAZ stopped producing these cars.

It is not known when the Zaporozhye Automobile Building Plant will resume the production of passenger cars. It is clear that this is unlikely to happen during the war. Zaporozhye can now be called a front-line city. If they resume the production of cars there, then only after the end of the war.

Recall that earlier we talked about the fact that a unique “Zaporozhets” appeared in the Dnieper.
