The New York Times recommends two Spanish regions for Americans who want cheap houses

A mansion for the price of a small apartment. A study prepared by My Dolce Casa –research blog on housing and retirement abroad– and published by The New York Times places two Spanish regions among the five most affordable to purchase a home.
