The New York Stock Exchange opened lower on Thursday, upset by the lack of diplomatic progress in the Ukrainian file and worried about the possible consequences of inflation on American growth.

In the first trades, the Dow Jones was down 1.03%, the technology-majority Nasdaq was down 1.30% and the S&P 500 expanded was down 1.03%.
