Wall Street ended up on Wednesday, the Dow Jones gained 1.44% and the Nasdaq 2.228%.
The New York Stock Exchange ended sharply higher on Wednesday thanks to cheap redemptions of stocks that had been recently attacked. The Dow Jones index gained 230.90 points (1.44%) to 16,280.03 points. The larger S & P-500 gained 35.69 points (1.89%) to 1,919.78. The Nasdaq Composite advanced 102.84 points (2.28%) to 4,620.17.
