DMRV Zrt. Solves Water Pressure Problem for Thousands of Households in Dunakeszi
DMRV Zrt., a Hungarian water utility company, is addressing the water pressure problem faced by approximately 3,000 households in several residential parks and surrounding streets in Dunakeszi. The company is undertaking a HUF 19 billion development project in more than twenty settlements of the Danube Bend, which includes the construction of a new water tower and water pipeline network.
The new water tower, located at the intersection of Toldi utca and Határ utca, will significantly improve the water pressure for the affected households. The project has been long-awaited and is expected to make the everyday lives of residents more comfortable.
Dávid Sipos, the local government representative of the district, expressed his satisfaction with the development. He stated that the investment in Dunakeszi, with a total cost of approximately HUF 1.8 billion, consists of four stages. The first stage involved the construction of the water pipeline network between the old water tower on Szent Imre tér and the new water tower on Toldi Street. The second phase saw the completion of the 40-meter-high water tower with a capacity of 500 cubic meters, which was put into place on June 21. The third phase will involve the construction of a pressure booster at the Szent Imre tér object, and the fourth step will focus on creating zones in the system to ensure safe operation and facilitate future repairs.
Sipos also revealed that after the completion of the investment, DMRV Zrt. will arrange the surroundings of the new water tower. The municipality plans to plant new plants on the adjacent playground and build an irrigation network. Additionally, there are hopes of building a viewing platform around the water tower, which could become a tourist attraction in Dunakeszi, offering a panoramic view of the city.
The construction of the water tower at the highest point of the city is a significant milestone for Dunakeszi. The project not only addresses the water pressure problem but also opens up possibilities for future developments and tourism opportunities.
The completion of this project will greatly benefit the residents of Dunakeszi, providing them with improved water pressure and a more comfortable living environment.DMRV Zrt. Solves Water Pressure Problem for Thousands of Households in Dunakeszi
