Gladiator fights and epic battles characterize the new trailer for Gladiator 2which at the same time offers significantly more insight into the sequel than its predecessor. Intentions become clear, plans are made, and rebellion against Rome’s leadership begins to emerge.
This time, Paramount Pictures is not only providing much more context for the upcoming gladiator adventure. It is clear that the fans’ criticism of the first trailer did not go unheeded in the vastness of the Internet. While many were annoyed by Jay-Z’s rap music in the first trailer, which does not fit in at all with the epic set in ancient Rome, the new trailer is accompanied by epic sounds, which does justice to the title.
But there is still criticism. The computer-generated animals, which look too artificial in many places, are met with little enthusiasm.
