Lebanese star Razan Maghribi expressed his joy to participate in the series “The Laughing Laughing” and to introduce the character of the dancer and artist Badia Masabni in that important period.
The series “The Laughing Laughing”, a screenplay and dialogue by Muhammad Al-Ghaiti, directed by Muhammad Fadel, is a candidate to soon be shown on one of the United Media Services channels, starring Amr Abdel-Jalil as Naguib Al- Rihani, Mustafa Shawky as Sayed Darwish, Ferdous Abdel Hamid, Najib Al-Rihani’s mother, Razan Maghribi, Hajar Al-Sharnoubi and numerous other artists.
“The Weeping Laughing” monitors the documentation of a period of time through the shape of the political, social and economic life of Egypt between the late 19th and early 20th centuries and deals with the life of Naguib El-Rihani, a starting from its birth at the end of the nineteenth century, from 1892 up to fifty years in 1949.
