The second generation of the Tesla Roadster was unveiled more than three years ago and although different deadlines were promised for production of serial cars, it has not yet come to that.
According to the latest data from Musk, production should start next year, and one of the test prototypes was shown in Los Angeles. Along with the car was displayed a plate with a brief explanation, where we see some very interesting data about the acceleration.
So I guess it’s now kinda official that the Space X package Roadster does a 1.1 second 0-60mph ????????????. Wow @elonmusk #Tesla #SpaceX pic.twitter.com/s7AibLkDmm

According to the information, Tesla Roadster with Space X package will be able to accelerate to 97 km / h (60 miles per hour) in exactly 1.1 seconds, and acceleration to 100 km / h should add a few hundred. Although the data have not yet been officially confirmed, a number of calculations and rumors claim such data, which look quite impressive.
