The fourth generation of the Czech flagship is now sporting a wider range of special equipment
The range of the new generation of the model Great Skoda it also added a sporty Sportline version. This option has long been traditional for Czech brand models, with the Sportline version first appearing in the early 1990s in the Skoda Favorit hatchback. The Sportline version does not offer significant technical improvements, but there is an extended list of equipment and decorations.

The new Superb Sportline continues the tradition of sporty trim levels for Skoda cars, retainingthe best features of the base model, especially its spaciousness and details from the Simply Clever range, but adding unique design elements and a wider range of equipment.
Design details in glossy black are a classic feature of Skoda’s sporty design. Naturally, they can be found in the new Superb Sportline, where they add to the car’s athletic appearance. The radiator grille frame, window frames, exterior mirror caps, front bumper elements specific to this trim level, the rear diffuser line and some details in individual body variants are finished in gloss black. While the Superb Sportline Combi has black roof rails, the sedan has a black diffuser strip on the tailgate.
The car’s dynamic appearance is enhanced by the SunSet package, which provides tinted windows at the rear of the B-pillar. Standard wheels are Vela 18-inch polished anthracite wheels with standard matte black aerodynamic covers, but customers can also choose from two new 19-inch wheel types – Aniara with silver wheels and black covers, and all-black Torcular wheels. At the end there are new Sportline badges on the front fenders and black Skoda lettering at the rear.
The sporty feel is also reflected in the traditionally spacious interior, with key features being the front sports seats with integrated headrests, electric controls and manually adjustable seat length. The sporty design selection includes front sports seats covered in Suedia material, which come with a massage and heating function. The optional Sport Design Suite package includes AGR certified ergonomic seats covered in a combination of leather and synthetic leather with perforations that add ventilation to the massage and heating function.
There are many other sporty details in the car. The headliner is again black, and the decorative strips on the dashboard and door panels have a carbon effect. The pedals have steel caps. In front of the driver is a three-spoke sports steering wheel wrapped in leather with black stitching and a Sportline logo. The interior view is enhanced by adjustable ambient lighting.
The new Skoda Superb Sportline also offers customers great equipment. The car’s sporty concept is reinforced by a sports chassis set 15mm lower than the rest of the Superb range and advanced steering as standard, while an advanced sports adaptive kit is available as an option.
Matrix LED headlights are standard up front, while LED taillights with dynamic turn signals are standard at the rear. The Kessy Advanced feature is a keyless access solution that can now lock and unlock the car automatically. The light on the door handle is also new.
The new Skoda Superb Sportline can be combined with any of the engines in the range. Available with a 1.5-liter 1.5 TSI 4-cylinder turbo gasoline engine with 150 hp, with the 2.0-liter 4-cylinder 2.0 TDI turbodiesel engine in 150 or 193 hp variants, or with a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder turbo gasoline unit cylinder 2.0 TSI, delivering 265 hp.
