At the disposal of the publication Engine1 were spy photos of a coupe-like version of Skoda’s first electric crossover, the Enyaq, which will be named GT… The premiere of the novelty will take place in 2021.
These are the first shots in which the Skoda Enyaq GT is captured with a minimum of camouflage. The car will receive the same front end as the standard crossover, but at the same time it will differ from it with a more sloping roof, different C-pillars, and also a narrowed glass line.
The stern of the new production car will be made in the style of a concept crossover Skoda Vision iV, which was shown in March 2019 at the Geneva Motor Show.

It is assumed that the Skoda Enyaq GT will also borrow a power plant from him, consisting of two electric motors that transmit traction to both axles. The engines, which together develop 306 hp, allow the crossover to accelerate from zero to 100 km / h in 6.2 seconds. The maximum speed is limited to 180 km per hour.
Skoda plans to bring up to 10 new models to market by 2025, which will receive an all-electric or hybrid powertrain. The automaker expects that in five years such cars will account for up to 25% of total sales.
