The new ordinance has been signed: here is everything that can be done in the orange Trentino – Chronicle

TRENTO. From today, Trentino returns to the Orange area and therefore the rules already defined by the Prime Minister’s Decree of March 2 and by the Decree Law April 1, number 44, will return to validity.

This is what is foreseen by a new provincial ordinance, number 69, signed by the president Maurizio Fugatti, which will be valid until April 30, except for new provisions that could intervene as a result of the epidemiological evolution. Compared to the Red zone, it is easier to move: you can do it freely within the territory of your municipality, but the curfew remains from 10pm to 5am.

The new ordinance by Editorial board

Movements to other municipalities are only possible for reasons of work or necessity with the exception of those who live in a municipality of up to 6000 inhabitants who can leave for any reason within 30 km. Schools return to attendance until the eighth grade, only 50% for high schools.

But let’s see in detail the rules in force from today:

This choice is also valid for reasons of economic convenience. In municipalities with up to 6000 inhabitants, it is possible to leave the municipal boundaries for any reason for a distance of no more than 30 km, intended as a route, with the exception of travel to the provincial capital.

Use of the mask

It is not mandatory outdoors for those who carry out sports activities and for children under the age of 6 and for those with incompatible diseases or disabilities.

On the days before holidays and holidays the shops in the shopping centers are closed with the exception of pharmacies, parapharmacies, health centers, laundries and dry cleaners, outlets for food, agricultural and horticultural products, tobacconists, newsstands and bookstores.

Sport activity

Individual outdoor sports activities are allowed, possibly in public parks or peripheral areas, in compliance with the minimum distance of 2 meters. Sports activities cannot be carried out within the historic centers of the cities.
