The 18-year-old beauty was chosen from among 16 candidates from across the country
Alexandra Krasteva is the new Miss Bulgaria. She was chosen from among 16 candidates from all over the country during the final competition, which took place on November 10 in the capital. The competition for the most beautiful Bulgarian woman, organized by Irina Papazova, went through the traditional rounds of swimwear, everyday wear and formal wear.
During the competition, 10 contenders were selected from among 16 girls, after which only five reached the semifinals.
The special prize and the title “Miss Bulgaria International” was won by Yana Stoyanova from Varna, third place Yoana Stefanova from Burgas, second place Sofia Papukchieva from Plovdiv, first place Nikol Ivanova from Shumen.
Alexandra Krasteva herself is also from Shumen, but she already lives in Sofia, where she studied architecture for the first year. Therefore, she participated in the competition as a representative of the capital. Before that, she graduated from the Nancho Popovich Higher School of Science and Mathematics in her hometown. In December, the most beautiful Bulgarian woman will celebrate her 19th birthday.
Participation in the competition is Alexandra’s first foray on the catwalk, although she has modeling credentials, she has not worked in fashion so far. Her projects up to that point were related only to architecture. She initially wanted to deal with interior design, but she changed her mind and chose the broader specialty. Unlike many of her peers, she did not consider studying abroad at all.
“I love Bulgaria and I want to stay and live here,” he says.
During the contest, her friends and family came to support her in the hall. Her mother is a lender at a bank and her father owns a transport company. Alexandra has an older sister who works as an accountant on a farm.
For haters this year, it will be extremely difficult to find reasons to spit on the new Miss Bulgaria title winner. There are no fixes on her and her beauty is 100% real. She is 176cm tall with long dark hair, natural full lips and beautiful green eyes. Her slim figure is due to good genes, but also to the activities of various sports during her childhood. She trained in rhythmic gymnastics, athletics, sports dances, folk dances, swimming, volleyball. But now she doesn’t have time for sport, because her study takes up almost all of her time. Bullies can’t attack her and that a rich boyfriend has paid her the title of her, because the new Miss Bulgaria doesn’t currently have a man by her side.
By winning the crown, Alexandra Krasteva got the right to represent our country at the world final “Miss Planet”.
