Today, the government will analyze how students can return to class. This was promised by the Minister of Labor and Social Policy Galab Donev at the meeting that some of the caretaker ministers had at noon with President Rumen Radev.
It was not attended by Prime Minister Stefan Yanev, but it is clear from Donev’s words that perhaps the ministers will meet in some form and announce decisions.
At the meeting, Radev set a task to return the children to school, and the ministers replied that this could happen if the parents agreed to be tested. Stoycho Katsarov vowed, while he was Minister of Health, not to allow them to be confused. Lollipop or saliva tests will be used.
And for adults who want to check if they are infected, there will be free tests, cabinet members promised. The Minister of Finance Valeri Belchev clarified that enough money has been allocated.
The Minister of Health Katsarov stated that measures are being taken to prevent the infected from being taken between hospitals.
Interior Minister Boyko Rashkov assured that the Ministry of Interior will be actively involved in inspections of compliance with the measures.
