Above all, the new MacBooks Pro bring higher performance. Already last year, Apple boasted that the M1 chip is the most powerful on the personal computer market. And tests from real practice have really shown that it is an extremely economical chip with a good dose of performance, which can be measured with significantly more expensive chips.

However, the innovations called M1 Pro and Apple M1 Max surpass their predecessor in all respects. Apple claims that the ten-core M1 Max chip is up to 3.7 times faster. It includes graphics that are up to thirteen times more powerful. Machine learning is up to eleven times faster.

The M1 Pro is a bit slower than the M1 Max, but should still be one of the most powerful processors on the market. The Apple M1 chip could be connected to a maximum of 16 GB of RAM, the news pushes this limit significantly further. The Apple M1 Pro can handle up to 32 GB of memory and the M1 Max up to 64 GB.

Two different sizes
The MacBook Pro will be available in two sizes, with a 16.2-inch and 14.2-inch display. In both cases, the screen has smaller frames, so the increase in image area was not dramatically affected by the proportions of the device.

The battery life was not negatively affected by the increase in performance, the smaller of the two innovations can play video continuously for up to 17 hours, the larger one for up to 21 hours. Without a charger, you can do without exaggeration all day.
