This repeats the situation when the most powerful game graphics GeForce RTX 3080 Ti were supposed to start selling last week. It was also missing on the shelves of domestic stores, and unfortunately the situation did not improve even after a week.

This Thursday, the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphics were to start selling, which is not as powerful, but has a significantly more attractive price tag. While the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti model starts at CZK 32,000, according to the manufacturer, the cheaper version attracts price tags from CZK 15,800.

The word “from” is very important in this case. As in the case of any other graphics, improved models from individual manufacturers with overclocked cores and modified cooling will be available on store shelves, which can easily cost several thousand crowns more.

But the question now now hangs more about when the new cards will actually come on the market. Although the leading domestic retailers already have new cards on offer, they do not yet state the exact availability or price, which, by the way, applies to the vast majority of models introduced in recent months.

The graphics card market has been severely distorted in the last few months – due to the lack of chips and the great interest from miners, the individual models have been hopelessly sold out. It is therefore no exception that potential bidders have to pay twice as much as recommended by the manufacturer.

However, a number of retailers are already announcing that they have come up with sales restrictions due to resellers – people will only be able to buy one card per month. Thanks to this, it should reach more interested parties when starting the sale.
