Rome, 16 Oct. (askanews) – “Le Capitali del calcio” is the new format produced by Cusano Media Group and hosted by Lorenzo Petrucci and Francesco Acchiardi. The five-episode football docuseries was filmed in London, Berlin, Madrid, Istanbul and Buenos Aires. All different cities but linked by one great passion: football. “The Capitals of Football” is an intimate journey, focused not only on football but also on those who experience it. Each episode is full of interviews, memories, anecdotes and sensations experienced in the city alleys and football fields, filled with a love so deep-rooted that it moves the whole world. A physical and conceptual journey to discover places, people, history and culture. At each stage, Lorenzo Petrucci and Francesco Acchiardi will be accompanied by those who live or have lived in the football capitals.
The protagonists of the first episode dedicated to London – already available on the Cusano Media Play streaming platform, accessible at www.cusanomediaplay.it – two historic insiders, such as the former England coach Fabio Capello and the “London” coach City Lionesses” Carolina Morace, but also the actor and entrepreneur Nicolas Vaporidis, who has always been passionate about football and who will give his point of view on London football and the support experienced in the English capital.
