After taking the oath, Csaba Dióssi, who started his fourth municipal term as mayor, spoke about how he has to live up to the great trust he received from the voters in his work at the time to come The voters gave the opportunity and the responsibility of the decision to the mayor and the members of the representative group, which is a great honor and responsibility for all of them.

He recalled the cooperation agreement adopted by the representative group established in 2010, which was a guarantee – regardless of party affiliation – for effective and successful work for the city . He spoke with confidence about the future, as five of the representative group at that time are still members of the group today, along with the ten members of the city’s representative group, who will work from 2019, they received trust from the group. voters from the voters, which gives a good opportunity to continue to be successful and efficient the town should be able to carry out its activities with the interests of the people in mind.

The representative group elected two deputy mayors

At the first ceremonial meeting held at the Attila József Cultural Center, after the swearing in of the representatives and the mayor, the city’s two deputy mayors were elected by secret ballot on the mayor’s recommendation Csaba Dióssi.

The full-time deputy mayor Dávid Sipos, the mayor’s deputy, won the support of the delegation with 12 yes votes and 3 abstentions.

Deputy Mayor Márton Nyíri with responsibility for environmental protection issues – he will keep his full-time job as a teacher – won the support of the representative body with 12 yes votes and 3 against.

The two deputy mayors Dr. Spiegelhalter took the oath in front of the clerk, Renáta Spiegelhalter, after which – after voting on several items on the agenda – the financial and legal committee was elected, with Ferenc Bilinszky in the chair, members: Tamás Hircz, Ádám Juhász, Márton Juhos, Krisztián Pethő.

Attila Csoma was appointed adviser for our Care for the Elderly, József Seltenreich became adviser for family affairs, József Szabó adviser for church affairs, Tamás Benkő was assigned to perform the functions of a consultant for sports and youth protection, Csilla Cseresznyés works as a health consultant.

The representative body established the status of municipal commissioner responsible for external relations, which is held by Zoltán Kárpáti.

After the ceremonial opening meeting of the representative group – which was designed with the combined singing of the National Anthem and the Speech and the beautiful narration of the actress Annamária Babják – the representatives, senior staff of the mayor’s office, representatives from the institutions, and the invited guests welcomed the further development of Dunakeszi.
