REALITES sublimates the Hôtel des Postes, a flagship building in Angevin from the 1930s, at the foot of the Place du Ralliement
Built in 1937, in the Art Deco style, the Hôtel des Postes designed by the architect Gabriel Guchet stands out from the center of Angers.
Urban piece of articulation between the collegiate Saint Martin, the place Maurice Sailland and the place of Ralliement, REALITES reconquers, magnifies and opens on the city this emblematic site of the Angevin heritage by giving it a new identity, a new destination, a showcase on the energy and dynamism of the city of Angers and its inhabitants.
“The New Continent” reveals exceptional accommodation, a shared green terrace, shops, offices and a restaurant whose glass roof offers breathtaking views of the Angevin landscape.
The inner courtyard then becomes the place of all exchanges.
