They denounce an atmosphere that is difficult to live with on a daily basis.
“The working atmosphere is degraded even for employees who have more than twenty years of home and who are objectively worn and tired. We are under pressure, people who are judged too often on sick leave, are threatened with dismissal”.

The management, for its part, believes that this tension is due to the change in work habit. Jean-Noël Thiollier, HR Director of the Synerlab group, comments on a new situation for employees and talks about an adaptation period.
