The New Chapter of the Pancasila Youth Case Demo in the DPR Leads to Chaos

The case of a riot in front of the DPR RI Building, which was held by members of community organizations (ormas) Youth of Pancasila at the end of November 2021, entering a new chapter. After the determination of the suspect was made, the police are now scheduling an examination of the Pancasila Youth officials.

There are at least two high-ranking Pancasila Youth officials who will be investigated. The two high-ranking officials, namely the Secretary General of the Pancasila Youth National Leadership Council, Arif Rahman, and the Chair of the East Jakarta Pancasila Youth MPC, Norman Silitonga.

The examination of the two Pancasila Youth officials will be held at the Polda Metro Jaya. Kombes Endra Zulpan has also confirmed the location of the inspection.

Prior to the agenda for questioning these two high-ranking officials, the Polda Metro Jaya at the end of November held a press conference to identify members of Pemuda Pancasila as suspects in the rioting case in front of the DPR, Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jakarta.

A total of 21 members of Pemuda Pancasila were declared involved in a violent demonstration in front of the parliament complex on November 25, 2021. A total of 21 members of Pemuda Pancasila have been named as suspects, who were divided into two clusters, possession of sharp weapons and beatings.

A total of 15 members of Pemuda Pancasila were included in the cluster suspected of possessing sharp weapons. Meanwhile, 6 other members entered the cluster suspected of beating the Head of Ops Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Dermawan Karosekali.
