This new chapter introduces a brutal assassin, Il Cavaliere, who brings new strategic gameplay, and a mysterious survivor, Vittorio Toscano, who travels across various dimensions. As a new map, “The Shattered Square” will be added, set in the Middle Ages for the first time in the same work.

In the new map “The Shattered Square”, the atmosphere of the Middle Ages, which is the theme of this chapter “Rebirth in the Mist”, is reproduced in detail, and you can enjoy the worldview like never before. The once bustling village has been razed to the ground by the Knight and his guards, and thick smoke and the stench of death pervade it.

The ruins of the ruined buildings tell a horrible piece of history. The market in the center of the village is now a graveyard of broken carts. Even essential gameplay elements like pallets in the map and destructible walls are designed with a medieval theme, and even the escape gates are made of wrought iron reminiscent of this era.

The new assassin, The Knight, is a ruthless and calculating warrior clad in bloody armor and wielding a massive sword to terrorize the survivors. A knight named Talhosh Kobach has betrayed his employer, Vittorio Toscano, for his ambitions. He is one of the top assassins in Dead by Daylight and his special ability “Graldia Compania” is also one of his most strategic skills.

Knights can summon three types of AI-controlled guards: Enforcers, Assassins, and Jailers to patrol the map and carry out orders. Each of the three guards has unique abilities and the survivors must face the various dangers unleashed by the Knight.

The New Survivor “Vittorio Toscano”, unlike the Knight, is a pacifist, a scholar who investigates ancient secrets and mysteries to bring peace and order to this world. However, Vittorio is betrayed and tortured by Knight and is dragged into the Entity’s realm. Years of exploration in the fog have transformed him into a fearless and exemplary leader.

To celebrate the addition of medieval horror to Dead by Daylight, with the release of the latest chapter, an exclusive duo of Vittorio Toscano and Knight will appear as part of the “Rebirth in the Mist Collection”.

Vittorio Toscano’s very rare set “Mysterious Ink” features mysterious tattoos engraved on his body that emit an eerie glow, unique leather pants and an ancient amulet. In Knight’s Ultra Rare Coordination “Cursed Plating”, the mysterious ancient armor he wears is vividly painted with eerie runes, making his appearance even more terrifying.
