Rumors about the 2021 delivery.
Last January the meeting of investors and shareholders of Activision Blizzard was held, where it was announced that a new installment of Call of Duty It would be out in late 2021.
Recently the medium EuroGamer had access to a report from Modern Warzone, where they could verify that there is a provisional title and the context in which the game would take place.
The new Call of Duty would already have a name and would be set at this time
Its name would be Call of Duty WWII: Vanguard, a game that would be set in World War II and is being developed by the Sledgehammer Games studio.
Eurogamer assures that Activision intends to continue “with the Vanguard subtitle for the final version”, and would present a traditional World War II scenario, which has not yet been specified.
Sledgehammer Games has previously worked on the COD franchise with nothing more and nothing less than two installments: Call of Duty: WWII and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. According to the information from the meeting with investors, the game would arrive in the fourth quarter of 2021, close to the Christmas date.
