Go Ahead And Die is a band created in Arizona and formed by the guitarist and singer Max Cavalera, his son, singer, guitarist and bassist Igor Amadeus Cavalera and the drummer Zach Coleman. Together they created a sound that mixes the Death and the Thrash with influences from the old man Celtic Frost and a decidedly punk attitude. They have signed an agreement with the well-known Nuclear Blast label.
“It’s a very special father-son collaboration that recreates the old school with a modern attitude. Igor’s brutal riffs and abrasive lyrics plus brutal drum work from Zach Coleman (Black Curse, Khemmis) definitely inspired me. These are extreme times in which they need to be reflected with extreme music ”, declares Max Cavalera.
