The Netherlands continues to warm up towards the heat wave: a little extra every day | Inland

The sun is shining brightly on Tuesday. It remains dry and it will be 22 to 29 degrees. It will also be sunny on Wednesday. The temperature rises to 26 degrees in the north and 32 in the south, Weeronline reports. The following days it will be even warmer with daily temperatures of 30 to 34 degrees.

It is only on the Wadden Islands that the maximum temperature is 28 degrees: a good place for people who want to escape the prolonged heat. On the beaches it can cool down in the afternoon due to the wind from the sea.

veil clouds

It will also remain quite sunny and tropical on Friday and at the weekend. However, more and more veil clouds appear. The wind blows from the east to southeast and brings hot air. Saturday it will be 30 to 34 degrees, Sunday it will be a degree less hot with 29 to 33 degrees.

nights

Because a light wind blows from the northeast, dry air is supplied to the Netherlands. There will probably therefore be no talk of so-called ‘sticky nights’, such as those that occur with wind from the wetter south of Europe. The minimum night temperatures will be between 15 and 18 degrees during the possible heat wave.

Only from Monday it seems to cool down somewhat and the chance of a (thunder) shower also increases.
