The Netherlands and Belgium will be addressed in the next update for Microsoft’s Flight Simulator. It is not yet known exactly what that entails, but most likely Benelux areas will become much more detailed.
This is the World Update for Flight Simulator that comes after the next. The former mainly revolves around Great Britain, it appears a trailer during a Q&A live stream from developers Asobo was shown. During that question session, the developers also say after 23 minutes that the World Update for after that is also known. In that world, the focus is on France and the Benelux, the developers say.
The developers do not provide any further details about the Benelux update. A World Update in Flight Simulator means that a certain area of the world gets a lot more detail. For example, the World Update III trailer about the United Kingdom shows how players fly over Stonehenge and Buckingham Palace. In total, players can pass eighty such landmarks flies, it turns out de patch notes.
World Update III for Flight Simulator will be released February 9-11. The subsequent World Update with the Benelux and France is scheduled for the end of March.
