The Neta S Hunting Edition station wagon joins the sedan

Neta S electric sedan debuted two years ago and marked a new stage in the development of the Chinese company Hozon Auto. This full-size model became the flagship of the brand and demonstrated its new design concept. However, sales are still not very active: last year, 24 thousand of these devices were sold on the Chinese market. The sedan will now be accompanied by the Neta S Hunting Edition station wagon, which was created to complement the model Nio ET5 on tour.

The station wagon has a fast profile and does not differ from the sedan in length (4980 mm) and width (1980 mm). But the height has increased by 30 mm (now 1480 mm). There are no chrome elements in the decoration at the back, but the same V-shaped taillight succeeds carried over directly from the sedan. Already in the bottom the car is equipped with 19-inch wheels. The trunk volume is 593 liters under the curtain and 1295 liters with the rear row folded.

The manufacturer has not revealed official images of the interior of the Neta S Hunting Edition, but it is very likely to be identical to its sister sedan. It has three screens on the front panel and a large head-up display. Equipment includes rich leather and Alcantara trim, ventilated and massaging front seats, a glass roof and a 1,216-watt audio system with 21 speakers.

While the Neta S sedan can be electric or hybrid, the Neta S Hunting Edition station wagon has so far only been announced in hybrid form with serial appeal. After all, the five doors are positioned as a passenger car, and the power reserve in this case is crucial. The hybrid is equipped with a 1.5 naturally aspirated gasoline engine (116 hp), which is not connected to the wheels, and an electric motor with a power of 272 hp is installed on the rear axle. (instead of 231 hp for the sedan). There are two traction battery options to choose from (31.7 or 43.9 kWh), but the indicated range in hybrid mode in each case will exceed 1,000 km. The top speed for both versions is 185 km/h. Other parameters will be announced later.

In China, sales of the Neta S Hunting Edition station wagon are scheduled to begin in the coming months, at which time pricing will be announced. The hybrid sedan now costs 155-189 thousand yuan ($21,600-26,400).
