The world of gaming is a world that is very exciting for today’s children, teenagers and adults because playing games can relieve stress due to too many activities or studying at school or campus. The game that is currently trending and in the spotlight for children, teenagers and adults or students is the Mobile Legend Game. Mobile legend is a MOBA type mobile game developed and published by Moonton developer. Mobile Legend Bang is a MOBA game designed for mobile phones. In Indonesia, the Mobile Legend game can cause controversy which is considered dangerous for children and students because it has a negative impact that is not educational for children and even students. Playing mobile legend games has positive and negative influences. At that time, they prioritize their time playing games rather than studying or doing assignments given by the lecturer. This is what can reduce their level of concentration in learning and can reduce their level of intelligence due to the influence of playing games. Therefore, before the impact of addiction from playing mobile legend games becomes large, prevention must be done by limiting the use of cellphones, deleting the game application from cellphones and using free time for useful things such as promoting or selling on social media on WAG, Istragram. , and Facebook. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of playing mobile legend games on the student learning process. The sample for this research consisted of 20 student respondents who had used the mobile legend game and data collectors used a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that mobile legend games have a very positive influence on the student learning process.
There are good and bad things about playing Mobile Legends games. The following are the bad effects of playing Mobile Legends:
1. Deteriorating Health
Usually players spend time pushing rank so that their rank can rise. The higher the rank, the cooler and more powerful it will look in the eyes of the players. Because mobile legends can make players addicted and spend a lot of time, sleeping hours become irregular so that our eye health due to smartphone screen radiation makes it difficult for players to sleep and body health will also decline.
2. Easily Emotional
It’s easy to get emotional, this is why this game community has a lot of toxic players because many players get emotional easily.
3. Being Lazy
You become lazy because you are busy playing Mobile Legends, so you become lazy about doing school work and other things. In the end, you become busy playing games and ignore the tasks at hand.
