Recently, Virtual Reality (VR) technology has become increasingly popular and popular, especially among young people. VR offers a very realistic virtual world experience, as if we were really in it. Not infrequently, many people are addicted to using VR for a long time because of the exciting sensation.

Therefore, experts recommend that the use of VR should be done wisely and with full control. Apart from that, use a VR headset with features and settings that are comfortable for the eyes. And limit the time playing VR, and get enough rest to avoid the risk of health problems.
