23-year-old Hristiana Tochukova from Burgas, her friend Georgi Kalinov (26 years old) and Martin Marinov (33 years old) have formed a trio of vice, which operated in Sunny Beach three years ago.
Their criminal actions are understood only now, when they received fair sentences from the District Court in Burgas, “Flagman” writes.
The three did not find hot water, but worked according to a familiar scheme from the late 1990s. Christiana, then a 20-year-old beauty with a provocative appearance, was looking for victims in nightclubs. She seduced and accustomed them to her hotel room, but instead of an amazing evening with a captivating girl, they came across her two friends, who beat them up and stole the money.
One of these victims is a man with the initials SS, who was robbed and beaten. On August 8, 2018, he was seduced by Christiana, and Martin and Georgi attacked him and stole his wallet, which contained BGN 960. Between the covers of the case, it is clear that Georgi acted firmly.
Unlike other robbers, however, S.S. sought his rights, alerted the police, which led to the immediate arrest of the criminal trio.
Today, the Burgas District Court is hearing their case, imposing a two-year effective sentence on Martin to serve under an initial strict regime, Georgi a year and a half in prison, and Hristiana a suspended sentence.
Between the covers of the case, it became clear that Christiana had informed her accomplices all along and provided information on where they were going. The two boys attacked the unsuspecting freak in the back next to the Kokiche Hotel.
Georgi Kalinov’s lawyer pleads that his client carried out the attack out of jealousy – he was a friend of Christiana and was affected after seeing her with another. However, his trick did not work and Georgi was convicted. Luckily for him, both he and Christiana have a clean criminal record and got away with a relatively light punishment.
Martin will “lie” behind bars, because it turned out that he was not only convicted, but also on probation for his parole. He will also have to serve the remainder of his previous sentence.
