The council clarifies that this program and its content is not suitable for a reputable media institution that provides significant media content that enjoys high prestige with the Egyptian public, as such content violates the media’s code of honor, which requires raising the level of discussion of social media and family to a level that equates to the role of the woman as the main partner who contributes to building the family, together with the man who respects and appreciates her role, in addition to the fact that the media code for women plans to present women as informed, educated and engaged role models. The advice also highlights the serious impact of unchecked messaging which significantly contributes to a decrease in respect for women and thus an increase in violence against them .
