The National Mental Health Authority: 6 signs of a teenager’s distress after exposure to a traumatic event

The National Center for the Promotion of Mental Health has reported signs of stress among adolescents after exposure to a traumatic event.

Among these indications are the following:

1- Sleep problems.

2- Disturbing dreams related to the event.

3-Continuous thinking about the event.

4- Negative behaviors such as smoking.

5- Feelings of isolation and guilt.

6- Loss of interest in hobbies.

Previously, the National Center for Mental Health Promotion stated that there are 5 factors to success in life, the most important of which is self-confidence.

He explained in an infographic on his Twitter account that these five factors are:

1- Determine your motivation and mission in life.

2-Learn to make decisions.

3- Prepare for opportunities.

4-Confidence in yourself.

5- Hardworking.

For his part, writer Ramadan Al-Enezi said that success often breeds enemies and creates envious people and haters, and that he doesn’t believe there is anything that hurts losers and infuriates them more than success continuing its success.

Under the heading “Failure is the Enemies of Success,” he wrote that a successful person must know and be aware that those who cannot reach him among the losers can only stab him in the back, and that every time he is stabbed from behind, is in the foreground.
