The National Court concludes that there is not “a minimum data” that involves Javier Monzón in Púnica | Courts

The Fourth Section of the Criminal Chamber of the National Court has endorsed the initial file ordered by Judge Manuel García Castellón, and thus rejects the appeals presented by the Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office and Adade, who They claimed that the former president of Indra, Javier Monzón, should continue to be charged in the Púnica case in the piece that investigates the alleged payments of this company to box b of the PP in Madrid.
