Speaking at the Conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh clearly stated that building and developing Vietnam’s national brand is a very important and strategic task, and that it is a a mission of all of us perseverance, effort and endless creativity; in which the building of national product brands is one of the main contents.

The Prime Minister greatly appreciated the efforts and important contributions of Vietnam’s business and business community, especially the 190 businesses whose products won the National Brand in 2024.

These are all businesses with impressive business results with total revenue in 2023 reaching 2.4 million billion VND, total contribution to the state budget is about 150 trillion VND. At the same time, ensuring jobs for more than 600 thousand workers and people; Take an active part in social security activities, contributing to the promotion of the rapid and sustainable development of the country.

The Prime Minister said: The program not only reinforces the quality of products and services made in Vietnam, but it also reinforces the ability, intelligence and bravery of Vietnamese businesses in the international arena.

The Head of Government recommended that businesses that achieve the National Brand in particular and the Vietnamese business and business community in general, continue to promote key values: Quality – Innovation – Creativity – Advanced Ability.

The Prime Minister hopes that businessmen will consider time, intelligence, compassion, and business ethics as sources for the sustainable development of business entering the green era.

The Prime Minister clearly stated that the 13th Party Congress has set the task: “Developing a strong team of entrepreneurs in quantity and quality, with a spirit of commitment to the country, with good cultural and ethical standards and business qualifications …”.

The Prime Minister emphasized that the success and development of the business community is a measure of the success of the administration and management of the State.

The Government understands, shares, listens and continues to find support solutions to remove problems and create maximum conditions for businesses to develop; continue to develop policy mechanisms, reform administrative procedures, improve the business and investment environment – consider removing barriers and obstacles that cause problems for businesses to be a job important political at all levels, regions and regions.

After more than 20 years of implementation, the program has achieved many positive results, attracting special attention from the business community and consumers at home and abroad, becoming a strong starting pad, helping Vietnamese businesses rising up, creating new values ​​and strength for the country.

“Through the program, many Vietnamese corporations and businesses have become aware of the role and importance of brands – considered the ‘key’ to help increase product value, corporate value, and ensure sustainable development, to especially in the context of Industrial Revolution 4.0, digital transformation, and green transformation are going strong and are inevitable trends at a global level from there, more attention is being paid to construction, brand development and management, contributing to improving competitiveness and strengthening the position of businesses in domestic and foreign markets, “Minister Dien emphasized.

By 2024, Vietnam’s National Brand Program honored more than 190 businesses with more than 359 products. After 9 months of carefully reviewing and evaluating the files of more than 1,000 businesses registered to participate, the National Brand Council agreed to select and recognize 190 businesses with 359 products that were qualified for the Vietnam Country Trademark (an increase of 18 businesses and 34 products compared to the previous selection period), the highest level ever.

Minister Nguyen Hong Dien said: The above results not only prove the maturity and competitiveness of domestic enterprises, but also show the efforts, creativity, continuous innovation and potential of domestic enterprises in a new era – the era of national progress.

By 2024, there will be 190 businesses, including many leading brands in Vietnam such as: VinFast, TH Truemilk, PAN Group, Vinamilk, BRG Group, Vietnam Airports Corporation, Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Co- Stock Exchange Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), Conteccons Construction Company, Dien Quang Group Company, Garment 10, Bao Viet, Sunhouse…

In particular, there are businesses that have won the National Brand for several consecutive years, including Tan A Dai Thanh for the 6th consecutive year that won this award. 4 products of this initiative achieved the National Brand: Rossi water heater, Dai Thanh stainless steel tank, Dai Thanh plastic tank, Dai Thanh solar water heater.

In addition, there are many companies that provide transport services and businesses that take advantage of special markets in Vietnam that have products with competitive advantages such as Joint Economic Delivery Company (GHTK) to achieve a National Brand in in 2024; Nutricare Nutrition Joint Stock Company has three lines of medical nutrition products that are certified as National Brands such as the Metacare medical nutrition product line; Smata Grow medical nutritional products; Hania Kid’s medical nutrition product…
