The National Bank tightens control over money movements in Ukraine –

In Ukraine, control of transfers through markets and payment centers will be strengthened.

National Bank of Ukraine introducing new measures to strengthening financial monitoring trends that affect not only banks, but also non-bank financial institutions. About this reported on the NBU website.

The national regulator said that from now on market, post and payment centers will be needed to strengthen control over the activities of the clients. Under control to fall Rozetka Pay, NovaPay and self-service centers.

According to the NBU, most of these companies break financial audit rules not to monitor suspicious payments from your partners and clients. New requirements force non-banking institutions to behave precisely check clients, including questioning about income, sources of funding and the type of activity, with mandatory documentary verification of the data. They should too track all business and block translations if they do not meet the specified parameters.

Special attention will be spent on activities involving amounts more than 150 thousand hryvnias per monthwhich will be subject to strict scrutiny.
