The members of the Coalition Santé Laurentides are delighted by the recognition of the need for financial catch-up and the acceleration of hospital projects for the Laurentides region.
It was on May 11 that the members of the steering committee brought to the public’s attention the recent adoption, on May 6, of a unanimous motion in the National Assembly, supported by all the political parties of the Assembly, as well as the independent deputies, to “ask the government to support the Laurentians region by banking on financial catch-up and an acceleration of projects to modernize and expand its hospitals”.
Presented by the member for Chomedey, Guy Ouellette, this motion represents the three demands made by the Coalition Santé Laurentides on the occasion of its launch on April 25, 2021.
