This woman who is familiarly called Babah wrote her testimony of hearing the boom in South Jakarta in Twitter. Babah’s taunt was responded to by several other Twitter users who also admitted to hearing a bang in Jaksel area.
In addition, before 19.35 Babah also had time to hear a similar bang. However, he was initially skeptical. He was sure after his mother also listened to the bang.
“My mother, whose room is on the 1st floor, also heard the problem,” he said.
The police intervened by looking for the source of the sound of the boom. However, after being checked, the police had not found any sign of the source of the sound.
“If in the area (Pasar) on Sunday there is not yet, we have not met this picket, we are checking again, but for the area (Pasar) on Sunday we have not got the source, we are playing pickets, checking again,” Head of Criminal Investigation of Pasar Minggu Police, Iptu Binur, when confirmed on Sunday ( 20/9/2020) around 22.30 WIB.
Binur reported that the sound of thumping was heard in Condet, East Jakarta (East Jakarta). “It was heard in Condet and Pancoran too,” he said.
