LIVE Techno – The phenomenon of melting of glaciers in The North Pole become something that is avoided but is commonplace since the Earth is experiencing global warming. However, what if the melting glacier releases a stream of rancid-smelling water blood?
Blood Falls or waterfall blood is a phenomenon of melting into Taylor Glacier Lake Bone, Arctic is known to have occurred since a century ago.
In 1911, scientists discovered a blood-red glacier in the middle of a white ice plain.
At that time, scientists thought that the red color was caused by algae congealing the ice. Unfortunately, it was pushed aside a century later.
Recently, researchers discovered that the deep red hue that makes Taylor Glacier’s stream a deep red like blood is the content of iron salts seeping out of the ice.
The iron salt allegedly turns red when it comes in contact with air. Digging deeper into the Taylor Glacier, through a study conducted in 2017, scientists found that the Taylor Glacier was formed approximately 2 million years ago.

The glacier traps a saltwater lake beneath. Millions of years later, the ancient lake reaches the edge of the glacier and releases salty water.
