As is known, the shot 42-year-old employee of the Krasnodar city mobilization work department, Stanislav Rzhitskyi, is also the commander of the Krasnodar submarine, which was used to launch Kalibr missiles and carry out attacks on Ukrainian civilians.
Ever since the news of his death became public, there has been a lot of speculation about whether the Ukrainian special services did not make sure that the commander’s last run stopped halfway, leaving him in a pool of blood.
After all, Ržickis did everything so that any ill-wisher who knows how to log into the social network has access to his location and daily habits.
Did Ržickis take the shooter to himself?
Runners, cyclists and active lifestylers will definitely know about the application called “Strava”.
It’s a kind of social network where everyone can share their daily physical achievements – cross country run, distance traveled and so on.
Others, meanwhile, have the opportunity to be inspired by it and try to beat the result, then share it.
After the death of Ržickas, information appeared publicly that the commander had been an active user of “Strava”, without hiding his identity on this platform at all.
Needless to say, a high-ranking military man exposes himself to serious risks by publishing sensitive information about his daily life in this way.
The routes of his runs on this site are regularly publicly available to anyone – not just, say, the special services of countries unfriendly to Russia, who might not even bother asking their local agency to track this occupier or using drones.
When reading this “Kyiv Post” story, one cannot help but notice how the Ukrainian special services themselves, to whom the destruction of Rzhitka is “contributed”, have commented on the commander’s death.
These comments – without an explicit confession – have been very specific and detailed, giving the impression that they are being expressed by someone who has a direct connection to what happened.
The Ukrainian side knew the time, the weather, the way and also the weapon with which Ržickis was shot.
A comment from the Main Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine even says: “Due to heavy rain, there were no people in the park and, accordingly, no one will be able to identify the attacker.”
This sounds like trolling (or “trolling” as it is called in the age of the Internet and social networks) on the part of the Ukrainian special services, and it is very well known that in the public sphere, including social networks, these special services, including the head of the administration Kirill Budanov, are not strangers to humor.
What does Ržickas have to do with being in the “Strava” application, if the Ukrainian side has not confirmed that it is responsible for the commander’s death and tracked him down in this way?
Social network users are not alone – the last run of the shot occupying officer was “liked” by only four other users.
Among them is one with the name of the head of the Main Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Major General Kirill Budanov.
Needless to say, the administration did not answer the questions of “Kyiv Post” journalists about how active a user of “Strava” Budanov is, forcing us to accept the possibility that Ržickas’ post was “liked” by some other wit.
