A peculiarity of the music of these decades is that most of it had a nostalgic sound, one of those that, without a doubt, made you pull out the crocodile. The singers also used to recite some verses in the middle of the songs.

THE BUKIS

The group will offer five concerts in Mexico as part of its “A sung story” tour, with which they will offer concerts in Tijuana (September 3), Monterrey (September 10), Guadalajara (September 15), Morelia (November 5 ) and CDMX (December 3), where they will culminate with a great concert at the Azteca Stadium.

The group emerged in 1975, led by Marco Antonio Solís, and among its most popular songs are “I need you” which, in effect, among its lines reads:

This group emerged in 1970 at the idea of ​​Johnny Ayvar. The natives of Guerrero were also placed in the audience’s taste with songs like “But you are going to regret it” that they recorded with Marco Antonio Solís and that has been successfully covered by groups like K-paz de la Sierra. An important fact, because both groups were very famous and somehow, competition in that of the ballads.

In the 80’s his albums were placed in the first places of “Billboard Mexico”.

They had a string of number one albums on Mexico’s regional Billboard charts in the 1980s, and have gone on to enjoy chart-topping success in the US market.

His album “Baladas” was one of the most successful, as it contained that song that yes, it may sound familiar to you: “Palabras tristes”.

THE BLACK ANGELS

One of the saddest melodies of that time was given to us by the black angelswith “And I’ll be back”.

Although the group was born in Chile at the end of the 1960s, it found its main outlet in Mexico. In fact, this song is part of his second album, which was one of the most successful internationally.

The success also had its negative repercussions among the members, as it led them to several breaks.

Another of his vein-cutting pieces is undoubtedly “Murió la flor”, and of course, if between its lines it reads:

RUDY LA SCALA

This Italian-Venezuelan singer also rang in our country with those sad songs, such as “Por qué ser”, which speaks precisely of forbidden loves, and not to mention “My life is you”, to which he added his particular voice. of countertenor.

His music was tremendously popular in the 90s, where he was placed at the top of the Billboard Latin Songs list, precisely because of songs like “Por qué ser” and “El amor es como una flor”.
