Neustadt a.d. Do.It continues with Neustadt’s cultural program. The temporary concerts from last year will be rescheduled. The presale starts. Two summer Friday evenings, two very different bands, but each a musical experience. Melancholy and dreamy songs in the most beautiful Viennese language by Der Nino from Vienna and rousing, creative pop brass music by “Fättes Blech” will soon be heard in the city moat. “We are very pleased that the two concerts that were planned for last year as part of the Neustadt cultural series” Temporary “can now be rescheduled,” said First Mayor Thomas Memmel.

Austria’s award-winning songwriter, nominated several times for the renowned Amadeus Austrian Music Award, winner in the Alternative Pop / Rock category in 2016, chart positions in Austria and collaboration with well-known artists such as Ernst Molden: Nino from Vienna has been delighting with his songs for over ten years Years the audience of the German-speaking stages. Nino Mandl and the musicians, who perform together as Der Nino from Vienna, will come to Neustadt on Friday, July 30th, and fill the city moat with an original Austrian songwriter sound. Admission is at 7 p.m. and starts at 8 p.m. The ticket costs 16 euros in advance and 18 euros at the box office. When the eight-member band “Fättes Blech” takes the stage, then it is certain that nobody will just listen in silence for a long time. The energetic brass music will immediately sweep the audience away. “Fättes Blech” combines classic brass music sounds with hip-hop, pop and jazz, combines traditional instruments with modern music and makes the concert an experience. What began as a completely normal brass band now attracts audiences to concerts and festivals from Germany to Croatia.

Fättes Blech ensures a party mood in the Stadtgraben on Friday, August 6th. Admission is at 7 p.m. and starts at 8 p.m. The ticket costs 18 euros in advance and 20 euros at the box office. This year the two ticket variants are new. To ensure that everyone can visit the concert safely and that the risk of infection is kept low, the city moat is provided with sufficient space. If the concerts have to be moved to the Bürgersaal due to bad weather, there are fewer seats available there than in the city moat due to the distance. Therefore, two types of tickets will be sold this year: Some of the tickets will be indoor & outdoor tickets, which are valid for the city moat and also for the Bürgersaal. The other part will be outdoor tickets that are only valid for the city moat – if the concerts have to take place in the Bürgersaal, these tickets are no longer valid, but can then be returned at the city box office and the ticket price will be refunded.

Tickets will be available from Monday, July 5th, at the well-known advance booking offices. Thomas Memmel and the organization team are already full of anticipation: “Finally something is going on in town again – and we have been looking forward to the two concerts since last year.”
