Let us remind you that last night at the Kyiv funicular station there was a conflict between passengers.
It was reported that one of them broke the glass at the funicular station and wounded another in the throat with a shrapnel.
There was a lot of blood at the scene of the incident. The wounded man died on the station stairs.
On social networks they write that the deceased was only 16 years old. A guy and a group of peers were walking around Podol, and then they decided to take a funicular ride.
As friends of the deceased write, a military man without identification marks entered the carriage and did not like that the teenagers were having fun.
A verbal skirmish took place on the topic of whether the guys were ready to defend their Motherland. And when the cable car stopped, the guy who was the last to leave the car was pushed by a man in uniform. The victim broke the glass with his head and cut himself, and was already bleeding on the stairs because the carotid artery was damaged.
What do the police say?
“All questions to the State Bureau of Investigation. Investigative actions in this tragic incident were carried out by employees of the State Bureau of Investigation,” the Kyiv police told the TSN.ua website.
They could not explain whether the participant in the conflict was a military man.
The press service of the SBI told us that as of now they are not ready to comment on the incident that occurred in the Kiev funicular.
“All the details will come later,” the State Bureau of Investigation said.
The Kievpastrans utility company says that all damage to the funicular has been repaired and it resumed operation this morning. They add that the details of the conflict and information about its participants are unknown to them.
From its own sources in law enforcement agencies, the TSN.ua website learned that the deceased was not yet 18 years old.
“There was a fight between the passengers. The man who was in uniform is not exactly a military man, he works in the authorities that are only related to this. The man pushed the guy, he fell and broke the glass with his head. He also received a fatal cut to the neck. The attacker was detained.” , law enforcement officers said.
It was previously reported that the deceased was born in 2007, that is, he was only 16 years old. Paramedics and police arrived at the scene.
