A person in his fifties died earlier this week in the hospital, due to complications from his injury in a fight with a person in his thirties in the Ouidane community in the eastern suburb of Marrakech.
Local sources told the electronic newspaper “Zakora Press” “ZAP TV” that the 56-year-old victim, who was dealing in drugs for his life, had entered into a dispute with the perpetrator, which soon developed into a quarrel between them, as the first one pulled out a knife and stabbed him. The face of his opponent, which made the latter, who is characterized by a strong physical structure, pounce on him and proceeded to direct strong punches to his head and face, which made him lose consciousness and then fell unconscious, as he was taken to the hospital for treatment, but he died moments after he entered the emergency department of the university hospital.
And the same sources added that the Royal Gendarmerie elements were able to stop the perpetrator, who fled, inside his sister’s house in the Al-Azem roundabout in the soil of the Awlad Hassoun group, where he was subjected to theoretical guard measures until he was referred to the attention of the Public Prosecution Office of the Marrakech Appeal Court.
