Ciudad Juárez.- The Community Liaison and Social Assistance Department of the Municipality’s Social Development Directorate invites people who need a heater to come to this agency and request it, since it will be delivered free of charge.
Eunice Barrera, head of this coordination, explained in a statement that to deliver this support you only need to go to the Social Development offices, located on Avenida Adolfo López Mateos 250 north, almost on the corner of Paseo Triunfo de la República, in where they can request the device.
For this it is necessary to present a copy of the voter’s credential, a proof of address and a photograph of the area where the heater will be installed.
He announced that this request can also be made through the neighborhood committees already registered with the agency, and once the request is made, the device is delivered directly to the interested party.
Barrera commented that this winter season they have delivered 600 heaters, but they still have another 700 available, in addition to 3,000 blankets that are also delivered to whoever requests them, since the intention is to help vulnerable families so that they can go through with less problems this time of the year.
He commented that when delivering the heater to citizens, it is recommended that they take advantage of it and also take care in its handling and installation, placing it in a suitable space where an accident will not occur.
