MSC Cruises been given, on 11 August, ISO 21070: 2017 certification for the defense of the maritime surroundings for its overall fleet.
“This certification specifies the strategies for waste administration on boardsuch as managing, assortment, separation, marking, remedy and storage.
It also describes the ship-to-shore interface and the delivery of waste from the ship to the port facility intended for this objective, “the enterprise said in a statement.
All long term ships developed by MSC Cruises will receive this certification as soon as they enter service.
