The screenings continue on Sundays at ‘El Cine del Vital Aza’. This Sunday, January 21, it will be the turn of ‘The Movie Teller’. One more Sunday the screening will be at seven in the afternoon, and general admission will be €4.50, with young Juvelena Card holders being able to access it for just one euro.
The film tells a story set in the 60s in which «María Margarita lives in a mining town in the Atacama Desert (Chile). From a very young age she has a very special gift, an almost amazing ability to tell movies. Her talent and passion soon extend beyond her impoverished family circle to reach the entire community. People listen to María Margarita with delight and fun, to forget about the hard routines in the nitrate mines.«.
Under the direction of Lone Scherfig, in the cast of actors we find Antonio de la Torre, Bérénice Bejo, Daniel Brühl, Sara Becker, Alondra Valenzuela, Max Salgado, Mario Horton, Luis Dubó, Geraldine Neary, Francisco Díaz and Pablo Schwarz, among others.
