Occupants who have moved from one of the rooms of the Moulin du Roc to the former premises of the Entracte café, now closed, next to the entrance to the national stage. “On Monday, the occupants in a general assembly had decided to free up all the spaces so that the cinema, the upcoming shows can resume in good safety and sanitary conditions”, recalls Sébastien Coutant, actor and delegate of the CGT spectacle.

No films therefore in the dark rooms of the Moulin du Roc this Wednesday. “It’s a big disappointment, a cold shower”, reacts Marc Lanel, the director of the cinema who specifies that for two months “The occupation went very well, with respect for everyone. When the opening date was decided by the government, everyone took their responsibilities and everything has always gone very well”.

What’s next? On the side of the occupants, the determination is there. “We will continue the occupation. We did not exhaust ourselves for two months to stop this struggle”, launches Aurore. “We have no other solution. We are not having fun, we have real demands, in particular the withdrawal of unemployment insurance which will put on the sidelines many precarious in the spectacle and beyond”, she continues.
