Called “Fashion’s Biggest Night”, the Met Gala is the ultimate event where celebrities pull out all the stops when it comes to their looks on the pink carpet.
This year’s theme was “Camp: Notes on Fashion”, whereby the exhibition showed “how the elements irony, humor, parody, pastiche, artificiality, theatricality and exaggeration are expressed in fashion.”
With this year’s theme exploring over-the-top fashion, everyone who attended the event went all out with their looks.
Whether with feathers in abundance or diamonds beyond diamonds, the celebrities left their fans, especially those on social media, frozen in utter awe.

Just like the 2019 Oscars, Billy Porter owned the 2019 Met Gala entirely.
The actor stole the whole show with his appearance wearing a 24-karat gold headdress and a gold winged dress. He was also worn by six shirt-sleeved men in gold pants to the event!

One that fans patiently waited for at the 2019 Met Gala was none other than Harry Styles.
In addition to attending the event, the singer was also the co-host of Anna Wintour.
Since he had some big shoes to fill as the host of the biggest night in fashion, Styles had to make a statement with his outfit.
The former One Direction singer graced the pink carpet at the Met Gala in an all-black Gucci outfit with a see-through top.
