How was your nomination to participate in the series “Balto”?
** The director, Omar Al Mohandes, nominated me for the job, and I conducted several auditions until they approved me, and when I learned about the role, I made sure that it could not be for someone other than me, and I felt that I should play it and no one else should play it, and when I learned of my participation in the work, I felt very happy and afraid, Because the story is different and interesting.
Why did you agree to present the character of Dr. Hagar?
** The role and the paper written by Dr. Atef Fayyad are the reason for my attraction to participate, because I set criteria for choosing my roles, that the artwork presented to me be purposeful and different, and I also respect the ethics of the viewer and society, and the truth is that from the first moment I read the script, I felt happy and laughed with every A word, and I became eager to read the episodes to know the events, and I also found that the character “Hajar” is actually very close to me, as she is an ambitious, intelligent and hardworking person.
Did you expect all these reactions to work?
** The reactions about the work exceeded my expectations, and until now I do not understand what happened, especially since the role that I played in “Balto” is the largest so far since I started my artistic career, and I am also happy to cooperate with all the members of the series, as I was pleased with the reactions that I was I receive it from the audience, who were eagerly waiting for the episodes every Wednesday, calling me in the street, Hajar, and joking with me a lot, and many told me, “We want to know more about the Tarsukh al-Leif family.”
How was your preparation for the character of Dr. Hajar?
** Preparing for this character came in more than one way, the first of which is the fun and excellently written scenario, as well as the director’s directives, as well as searching for similar models of the character through social media videos, and knowing what happens in assigning doctors through close friends, and I have a friend who is a doctor in one of Villages helped me a lot by sending pictures of the place and voice messages by speaking.

How did you find cooperation with Mahmoud Hafez?
** Cooperation with Mahmoud Hafez was different because I love him very much on a personal level, and their relationship appears to be a comedy, and I witnessed a change in the way she dealt with him, as she initially tried to refuse to enter into a relationship with him in a decent way, but then when he refused to understand the matter, she was forced To be somewhat rude to him.
* And cooperation with Issam Omar?
** Working with Issam Omar was special, because he is a very cooperative actor, and he helped me and gave me a lot of advice, and that was the reason for the distinction of Hajar and Atef’s relationship, and through his method I overcame my fear that my blood would be heavy among a team characterized by lightness, and I was I try to overcome laughter during filming, as there were many comic scenes, especially with the artist Mohamed Mahmoud.
How was the behind the scenes work?
** It carried a lot of joy, laughter, and real intimacy between the actors, which in turn was reflected on the screen and felt by the audience, which made me happy from all the comments, which makes me feel responsible for my next steps and choices, and I hope that people will continue to love me, and I am happy with the reaction My brother, director Ahmed El-Gendy, is very happy with the experience, especially since comedy is his playground.

How do you rate your experience in the series “Balto”?
** A special experience, and I was very excited about it, and happy because it was part of the first experience in drama with a distinguished director, a talented writer, and a smart and hardworking artist from a long time ago, and it also benefited me a lot, whether on the technical or personal level, as I became aware of the level that I hope to continue on. Always, and I do not care or focus on spreading, and although I am the daughter of the late great artist Mahmoud Al-Jundi, I do not work through mediation and do not aim to spread, but I am proud of my participation in this work, and the reactions that I receive on a daily basis, as the series is considered a starting point, and a great opportunity for me especially The space of the role was a surprise to me during which I produced acting skills led by director Omar Al-Mohandes, who trusted me and was able to present me in a new and different way, especially since he has a special style and technique in managing the work as he is the son of a private school in the origins of art.
* What do you think of the dramas presented outside the Ramadan season?
** These works create a different spirit for the viewer and the actor, which makes them distinctive, and they are no less important than the Ramadan season. To raise the level of public taste.
What about your new business?
** I want to present real and responsible works, and I have become responsible for focusing on choices, and currently I am offered to participate in a show play, but I have not officially contracted it until this moment, and I hope to always remain at the audience’s high expectations.
