A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Al Seha Property Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was held under the chairmanship of His Excellency the Minister of Health, Professor F.Hud bin Abdul Rahman Al-Jalajel, to discuss preparations for the launch of the second phase of transformation in the Ministry of Health, with the identification of three health clusters as the first batch to move to the Health Maintenance Company.

The meeting had a number of different topics, directives and decisions, the most important of which is what the employee who moves from the Ministry of Health to Al Seha Holding Company will get, such as allowing organizational structures for health clusters, and allowing the position of employees who will transfer from the Ministry of Health to Al Seha Property Company, provided that no employee’s salary will be the same as what he was receiving before the transfer , according to Cabinet Resolution No. 616.
