The car market is full of second-hand SUVs, but among them there are also interesting examples. We have chosen four such copies, which have affordable prices.
In the sea of used cars, SUVs represent a significant percentage. The most popular vehicle category of the moment offers many models. We have created a list of four interesting or unusual examples that you can buy for less than 5,000 euros. The four SUVs were found for sale on the car market in Belgium.
Hummer H2 – 3,300 euros
The biggest SUV on this list is also the cheapest. Hummer The H2 stuck in the public’s mind for its huge size, but also for its fuel consumption to match. Even though the second generation of the American SUV was no longer a car derived from a military vehicle, but one focused more on comfort and easier use, it kept its raw appearance. The car is equipped with a 6.0-liter gasoline V8 engine, which has a power of 333 hp. It’s an imposing vehicle that isn’t very efficient, but off-road enthusiasts will appreciate it. This Hummer was manufactured in 2004 and has 84,000 kilometers on it, according to the ad.
Mitsubishi Pajero – 4.700 de euro
This time it is not a full-size Pajero, but the smaller body version, also known as the Pajero Pinin. This model was the Japanese manufacturer’s attempt to bring a compact off-roader to the market, a competitor to the small Suzuki Jimny.
This 2001 Pajero has 163,000 kilometers and is in very good cosmetic condition. The blue paint looks very good, the only thing that gives away the car’s age is the slightly weathered plastic bars. Under the hood is a 2.0-liter gasoline engine that develops 131 hp. It’s a car that can become a future classic, and neat models are worth preserving.
Hyundai Terracan – 4.995 de euro
The Terracan is a large SUV, but not as popular as the Toyota Land Cruiser, for example. The Korean model offers plenty of space, this aspect being helped by the shape of the body, specific to a classic SUV. The engine will not set any records, being a 2.9-liter diesel engine that produces 151 HP. The Hyundai Terracan was not created for 0-100 times, but rather to be practical and capable off-road. The one we found has 312,900 kilometers on it, but still holds up pretty well despite being manufactured in 2004.
Dacia Duster – 3,999 euros
We have also included the domestic SUV on our list, precisely because it is a popular product throughout Europe. Dacia Duster needs no introduction. The Romanian SUV has been manufactured since 2010 and has reached the facelift of the second generation. The example I found was manufactured in 2010 and has 207,518 kilometers on it. The engine is the 1.5 liter diesel, connected to a manual gearbox.
The exterior has some signs of wear, especially on the plastic trim, but that’s not abnormal for a used car.
